Legal Stuff
The assets, rules and concept of the game are freely available for you to download, print and use within your team. This applies to teams who wish to use it as a tool to develop a commercial product.
However I would be rather miffed if someone took my game, reskinned it and sold it as their own. This is why I have released with the below license.

How to make a copy
You could just print off your own copy in an office. The upside of this is that it costs pennies. The downside is that it is a bit pants to play with. If you have a laminator or can print onto card, great!
I used a professional company to create mine. Whilst the lead time was a little slow, boardgamesmaker.com did a wonderful job (and even fixed some alignment issues on my box!). It was however pretty pricey and best for when you want to create a large batch.
I also got a great deck with enough cards for 9 players from cardcreator.personalisedplayingcards.com. This is a great option as you can then print out the instructions & defenders stuff yourself.
There are many other companies out there.
Assets
You can download and print off your own copy of the cards and instruction booklet if you wish. If you were to use a professional company to print the cards, they are designed as standard bridge card size.
